Press Release · May 2026
One login for CRM, call time, events, fundraising, and tasks. Available now at getbaraza.com.
CHAMPAIGN, Ill., May 2026 — Baraza today opened its campaign platform to the public, replacing the stack of five or six disconnected tools most campaigns are currently paying for with a single system.
Anyone who has worked a cycle knows the problem. Donors live in one tool, events in another, volunteer shifts in a spreadsheet somebody maintains at midnight. Nothing syncs, so the candidate asks a simple question about where the campaign stands and it takes four people two hours to answer.
Baraza puts all of it in one place, on one login.
"With our new product, you can conduct most of your workflows in one place, with one login, and one subscription," said Pranav Volety, co-founder and Chief Product Officer. "With three clicks you can conduct any major action."
What's in it
CRM
Every contact in one record. Donor history, volunteer shifts, and event attendance attached to the same person instead of scattered across four vendors.
Call Time
Built for how call time actually runs. Ask amounts, live notes, pledge tracking, and a queue the candidate can work from a phone in the back of a car.
Fundraising
Contributions, pledges, and reconciliation in one place, with compliance-ready exports.
Events
RSVPs, check-in, and follow-up that writes back to the contact record automatically.
Tasks and Workspace
The campaign's actual work, visible to the people who need to see it.
Who it's for
Baraza is built for the campaigns that have historically been priced out of good software: state legislative races, county and municipal candidates, ballot committees, and the organizations that support them. The enterprise tools were designed around presidential and statewide budgets, and everyone smaller has been paying for a stripped-down version of somebody else's product.
That is also why the company launched from the Midwest rather than from Washington or the coasts. The races Baraza is built for are the ones happening in counties and statehouses across the middle of the country, and the company would rather build alongside them than at a distance.
Availability and pricing
The platform is available now at getbaraza.com. Current pricing is listed on the site, and campaigns can reach the team directly for committee, nonprofit, and volunteer-run pricing.
